Our young and innovative team is growing. Recently, Danielle Scharr and Lena Unger have started to work full-time for IWR GmbH. We look forward to continue working together!
Danielle Scharr, B.Eng. began to assist Project Management as a student employee in May 2019, parallel to her Civil Engineering studies with a focus on Water Management. In early 2020, she wrote her thesis with the topic ‘Energy recovery system in a drinking water pipeline – economic feasibility study and design’, with the executive director of IWR GmbH, Frederik Maurer, as her supervisor. After successfully graduating, she is now implementing the theoretical foundations developed within the bachelor thesis in her first project as full-time project manager.
In early April, Lena Unger began her three-months work placement at IWR GmbH. She is gaining insights in various fields of operation and also takes on first professional responsibilities. After the end of her work placement, a permanent contract of employment is conceivable.
