In Böblingen Dagersheim, the first part of the redensification of the development area east of Waldstraße has taken place. A total of 15 houses have been built there, which have been connected to the existing underpressure drainage system. IWR planned and supervised the drinking water supply, media supply and waste water disposal. A particular challenge was the simultaneous construction of the infrastructure measures and the residential buildings.
