Would you like to work as a team assistant in a young, modern engineering office in the heart of Cologne’s old town? Do you like flat hierarchies, participating in an open corporate culture and working proactively and independently? Then join our team! We are looking to strengthen our admin team for this important and responsible task as soon as possible.
WHAT AWAITS YOU
- You will support the team with day-to-day office tasks, process e-mails, post and telephone inquiries and forward them.
- You take on appointment management and travel planning tasks for the project managers.
- You are the contact person for the team internally and externally, organize meetings and workshops (online and offline) and document results.
- You monitor various communication channels.
- You coordinate problem solving and processing with the IT system house.
- You conscientiously take care of the administration and creation of accounts and passwords.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have a talent for organization, have completed commercial training or have relevant previous experience, for example in office management.
- You enjoy working with people and computers and know how Google & ChatGPT can help you solve problems.
- You work effectively and have an empathetic and friendly approach to team members.
- You have a confident manner and very good communication skills.
- You have a very good command of German and also speak passable English.
- You also have an excellent command of the MS Office package and have an affinity for new digital systems and solutions.
