IWR GmbH and Gera-based engineering office K\u00f6hler have been tasked by Stadtwerke B\u00f6blingen with the design of the pneumatic system. The experience of both companies regarding vacuum drainage played an important role in the client&#8217;s decision. The project kick-off meeting took place in December 2012, and in January 2013, IWR informed local residents about the specific qualities of pneumatic sewer systems at a citizens&#8217; assembly.
