IWR successful at the Carglass Cologne Triathlon 2024 – Strong team, strong performances!<\/h3>\n

On September 7, 2024, the time had come again: the IWR team once again took part in the Carglass Cologne Triathlon.
\nAfter our successful debut in 2023, this was the second time we were represented with two relay teams – and this year we were even competing in the Olympic distance! <\/p>\n

Olympic distance in good weather: full power thanks to preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

With mostly clear skies and temperatures of around 20 degrees, the weather in Cologne provided an excellent backdrop.
\nBoth IWR GmbH relay teams proved their stamina and team spirit on the Olympic distance – consisting of a 1.5 km swim in the Rhine, 40 km bike ride and 10 km run.
\nThe participants gave their all and showed that the intensive training and preparation had paid off. \"Carglass

Placings to be proud of!<\/h3>\n

We are proud of the performances of our teams, who more than held their own in the field of participants.
\nCompared to 2023, when we competed in the sprint distance, the Olympic distance was an even greater challenge this year.
\nBut here, too, we achieved excellent placings: Relay 1, “I WateR”: 41st place Relay 2, “IWRocket”: 69th place Our goal for the coming years?

The Carglass Cologne Triathlon – an event that inspires<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Carglass Cologne Triathlon is not only important to us in sporting terms, but also as a team event.
\nFrom middle distance, Olympic distance, sprint distance as well as middle distance relay and Olympic relay… The sporting spectrum is wide, all competitions are exciting.
\nThe atmosphere in Cologne, the professionally organized event and the support of the spectators along the course make this competition a highlight in the annual calendar of our employees.
\nWe would like to thank all participants and supporters and are already looking forward to the next edition of the triathlon – IWR will be at the start again! <\/p>\n
