Welcome aboard Marvin!
After successfully completing his 8-week practicum phase at IWR GmbH as an obligatory part of his Civil Engineering studies at Münster University of Applied Sciences and subsequently supporting us as a student employee from July to December 2017, B.Eng. Marvin Elsbecker joins us to work as a full-time, permanently employed project manager with our team at the beginning of this year.
During his practicum phase, as a student employee as well as during his bachelor thesis, he has engaged with several aspects of water and wastewater management. Sub-areas included the development of pipe static test reports, the monitoring of negative pressure tests on vacuum systems, the operational optimisation of wastewater treatment plants through cost comparison calculations, economic feasibility studies, as well as sewage sludge analyses. We are very happy to welcome him as a full-time team member!
