In December 2017, both of the vacuum tanks for the planned vacuum station cologne Lohmühlenstraße as well as other elements of the technical equipment were taken into the lower basement of the high water pump station in Lohmühlenstraße. To achieve this, the tanks had to be lowered with a hoist and maneuvered until a depth of 15 metres through a floor opening on ground floor level. The assembly work is ongoing.
